Walking policy
Policies
- Peak Holidays Christmas eve, Christmas day, Thanksgiving, New years eve, New years day, 4th of July, Memorial day, & Easter.(If we have someone available $15 surcharge for these holidays)
- Holidays : $11 Presidents day, Labor Day
- Cancellation policy: full walk fee applied for cancellations 24 hour or less before time frame of visit begins
- Same Day service fee is applied when walks are not scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Open Hours are 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday . Closed Saturday & Sunday ($10 fee for before or after open hours. Based on walker availability.)

- Cat sitting Cancellations :
More than 15 days notice: No cancellation fee, full refund of any deposit
.15-7 days notice: 50% of the total agreed-upon service
fee.
Less than 7 days notice: Full service fee charged.
